Process and fulfill your co-op orders.
Communicate with you about your orders, account, and co-op activities via email and/or SMS.
Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, payment reminders, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with your local co-op coordinator for order distribution.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS/text messages related to your orders and account, including order confirmations, payment reminders, shipping updates, and account notifications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month during active ordering periods.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following third-party providers only as necessary to operate our service:

Square: Payment processing. Square's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Twilio: SMS/text message delivery. Twilio processes your phone number to deliver messages on our behalf.
Shipping Carriers: Your shipping address and order details are shared with carriers (e.g., FedEx, LTL freight) to deliver your orders.
Mailtrap/Email Providers: Email delivery services to send order and account notifications.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and JWT-based authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
